This event is primarily to enable the Club to raise funds for new medical equipment for the Regional Children's Hospital in Wellington. It is also a time for fellowship and fun for members and friends.  During the evening there will be an opportunity to taste a range of great Wairarapa wines from the 8 vintners present; eat some finger food; buy a raffle or two and bid in an auction.

To make this a successful evening for all involved the organising committee needs your help.  Tickets to attend need to be sold, we have constraints on numbers so first in first served.  If you require tickets, please contact Linda Goss-Wallace.  Entry is by ticket only.  Payment for tickets is to the Eastern Hutt Rotary Trust account.

Volunteers are also required for set-up; to make sure people are looked after from the hospitality perspective; raffle tickets are made available during the evening (rostered) and people attending are looked after.  This is an opportunity for non-Rotarians to see Rotary in action and maybe they might take this as an opportunity to enquire about joining Rotary as a result.

A board will be circulating this coming Monday to allow members to identify how they might contribute to the evening.  Some may have already completed the previous board, however we would like to get your confirmation this coming Monday.   If you will not be attending this Monday, please contact either Brian Clarke or Annette Ruck to let them know how you will be able to contribute to the success of this club event.  Your assistance is really appreciated.
