LAST MEETING: Informal Zoom Meeting during COVID-19 lock-down
Hello Everyone,
This is to let you all know that we will have a Rotary meeting on Monday as usual although there will be a few things that we have to change because we are in COVID Alert Level 2:
There will be nobody in the entrance to welcome people
Sign in either manually or by using the COVID app
You will need to get your own dinner badge
Bar Staff are required to wear masks
The tables will be set for 4 which will allow the 1 metre social distancing
The caterers will bring the meal to the tables, including the main meal dessert and the tea/coffee and clear the tables
Even if you have been vaccinated, you still need to follow the guidelines to keep everyone safe.
I look forward to seeing you all on Monday and also our guest speaker, Heather Verry from Diabetes NZ.
Anne Abbott, President
P.S. As always, please don't forget to let David Thompson or Tony Cornelius know if you will not be attending the meeting.
(If you have any comments or questions, please contact the editor)
