A reminder for members to come and see an amazing array of health-related displays, information, and activities. See you there tomorrow.
 
* Monday 16 June - Partner and Friends Evening
 
President Mike has designated Monday 16th June as a 'Partner and Friends' Evening, to hear Professor Rebecca Grainger speak on Digital Doctors and Dodgy Joints.
 
“Digital Doctors and Dodgy Joints” by Professor Rebecca Grainger  
Rebecca Grainger is a rheumatologist in Wellington and a Professor of Medicine at University of Otago Wellington. Her clinical and research interests include digital technology in supporting musculoskeletal health care and how digital tools can support people in self-managing. She will talk a little about her work as a doctor, and research and innovations in technology and health. Be warned you should go away with something you can do the following day to improve your health!
 
Stuart Batty (Rotary NZ Community Service) will also speak briefly about Emergency Response Kits (ERK's).
 
Please let Tony Cornelius know of any attending partner or friends by 4pm Sunday morning at the latest to assist with catering.
 
* District Changeover - Saturday 28 June 11am
Venue -  Boulcott’s Farm, 33 Military Road, Lower Hutt.
A time to thank Jocelyn for her year and welcome Carol to take over the reigns.  $35 which includes a light lunch.
 
* Eastern Hutt Rotary Changeover - Monday 7 July 6pm for 6.30pm
 
* Rotary Cans for a Cause
If you are able to help with a donation of cans or other items listed in the poster below, please would you bring them along to Rotary on Monday evening. 
Due to other recent Club commitments, particularly the request for food donations for our 'Healthy in the Hutt', we have delayed this request until now.
