* The roster can change weekly with absences etc so please check the roster each week to see if you have a duty.
* Absences from Rotary
If you are going to be absent from Rotary for any length of time please let Jan know so she does not put you on the roster while you are away.
* Te Omanga Hospice Annual Street Appeal Saturday 16 May
The Te Omanga Hospice street collection has rolled around again. Our club members have been asked to assist again this year. We will be collecting at Queensgate on Saturday 16 May at the same position as our trailer raffle by the escalator/St Pierres. Jan will circulate a board on Monday evening looking for volunteers.
* Memorial Service for Tony Comparini
Memorial service to be held at Croft Funeral Home May 22nd at 12noon for the son of Dave Comparini. Tony (son) will be interred with Dave and his wife Jo at Akatarawa 3pm on the same day.
A reminder that it's your responsibility to find a replacement if you are unable to fulfil your duty. Please let Jan Palmer know of any changes to the roster.
